Today we talk a little more closely with Johanna Brandenfeldt, who is one of our latest recruits. And what’s extra heartwarming is that she is a returnee, which we at Albin Components are a little extra proud of.
Welcome back Johanna, you’ve worked here before and now chose to come back to us at Albin. What made you want to come back?
– Albin was my first workplace after my adult education as a CNC operator. Now I’ve tried another workplace with a different way of working and it didn’t suit me. When I heard that there was an opportunity to be part of driving a completely new machine in combination with a similar one I had driven before, I couldn’t help but get in touch. Partly because of the security in the company but also the excitement of learning something new.
What is the most rewarding thing about working at Albin Components?
– I appreciate the freedom under my own responsibility. Getting to do my part in the production of something that to some extent keeps Sweden rolling. It’s quite a big deal anyway.
When you’re not making gears, what do you like to do in your free time?
– I love being at home with my partner and the cats. In the summer we do some gardening and some farming, but we also play disc golf. Otherwise, you can find me in the sewing room, in an armchair with a book in my hand, or watching a good series.
