Today, we’re having a chat with Mikael, one of our latest hires. It’s especially heartening that he’s a returning employee—and not the first one, either. Over the past year, two former colleagues have wanted to come back to Albin Components, something we’re particularly proud of.
Welcome back, Mikael. You’ve worked here before and decided to return to us at Albin. What made you want to come back?
– I wasn’t getting the professional growth I wanted at my previous job. There were no opportunities to advance, and I got tired of working with tiny parts.
What is the most rewarding part of working at Albin Components?
– At Albin, I get more challenges, and my performance is appreciated.
When you aren’t manufacturing gears, what do you like to do in your spare time?
– Going out in the motorhome and visiting different destinations. My Volvo Amazon is a big passion of mine. I also enjoy taking walks with our dog, Milo, and, of course, working in the garden.

We are now taking a few weeks of well-deserved vacation! We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers, suppliers, and employees a wonderful summer. We will be closed from week 29 through week 31 and will reopen on Monday, August 3rd
